Premium Members – Indoor & Outdoor Events
- We will be using ZAPP online for all juried indoor and outdoor events such as ‘Summer In The City’ and ‘Art Scape In The City’ beginning with the August date for the 2021-2022 season.
- The indoor and outdoor event jury process will be completed through ZAPP utilizing your online profile.
- Create your ZAPP user profile online here and upload images of your work and also an image of your outdoor booth setup.
- The jury team will review all applications for all indoor and outdoor shows using ZAPP unless otherwise specified.
- ‘Summer In The City’ – Indoor space size is approximately 10×12, retail slat wall is useable and requires approved slat wall hooks.
- Slat wall hooks are available from the Show Team and are required to use the slat wall to prevent damage.
- Indoor booths include electricity, display cases, WI-FI access, and overnight security.
- ‘Art Scape In The City’ – Outdoor space size is 10×10, white tents will only be allowed, no pavement stakes, 4 corner weights that must be >25 lbs.
- Tents should also have side walls and covered overnight on Friday.
- Friday and Saturday overnight security will be provided outdoors for artists and vendors.
- Non-Members must submit a certificate of insurance for liability using the form below.
- Active members in good standing are not required to submit a certificate of insurance as indoor and outdoor liability insurance is included in membership.
